I have over 30 years of experience in the residential, commercial and indusial construction industry as well as over 20 years of experience in residential, and commercial renovations. In 2004 I became certified as a Construction Manager from Temple University's Fox School of Business. In addition, being an owner of multiple properties I have a unique understanding of an investor’s wants and needs. I am a member of Gloucester / Salem Counties Board of Realtors, South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association, International Union of Operating Engineers, and The Coalition of Black Trade Unionists.
